An office block, close to the centre of Newport on a restricted plot, this development provides lettable office space on four floors, wrapped around a central core. A single stair extends the full height of the building and is located within a glass spine with fin feature.
Projecting, triangular balconies provide outdoor space within one corner of each floor and offer views along the river. Special lighting is used both on the inside and outside of the building and sets off the buildings features as well as creating variable atmospheres.
